Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition of treatment. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for assistance."
Opt-Out Procedures
Patients may revoke consent and opt out of SMS communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message
- Contacting Cureza Health directly by phone
- Requesting removal through email or written communication
Upon receipt of an opt-out request, Cureza Health will cease non-essential SMS communications in accordance with applicable laws and carrier requirements.

Media
